Web Returns & Web Exchanges

Relic is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for up to 90 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. To ensure proper credit to your account, please include a copy of the original packing slip or the return detail slip included in your shipment. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

All web returns and web exchanges of RelicBrand.com merchandise must be mailed to the address below (please do not use this address for watch repair service):

Apply the non-prepaid return label provided with the original order number on outside of package to receive proper credit. If return label is not available please use the address format above for web returns / web exchanges only.

Web Purchase Returns

To return your unworn products for a WEB REFUND, please follow these steps:

Detach the Web Return Detail Form* and keep the Order Summary for your records. Circle the merchandise you are returning on the Web Return Detail Form, enter the quantity if more than one of the same product was ordered, mark return, and indicate the appropriate reason code for the return. Reason codes are:

  1. Item did not fit
  2. Defective
  3. Returning a gift (Original credit card will be credited)
  4. Item not as pictured
  5. Wrong item shipped
  6. Item did not arrive on time
  7. Damaged in shipment
  8. Other (please be specific)

Enclose the Web Return Detail Form along with the merchandise in a well-sealed box. Attach the supplied return label to the outside of your package and ship us the merchandise**.

When processing your return, we will refund the same credit card and/or RelicBrand.com Gift Certificate used to place the original order.

Web Purchase Exchanges

To exchange your unworn products, please follow these steps:

Detach the Web Return Detail Form* and keep the Order Summary for your records. Circle the merchandise you want to exchange on the Web Return Detail slip, enter the quantity of the exchange if more than one of the same product was ordered, mark exchange, indicate the appropriate reason code for the exchange, and include the style number of the item you want in exchange. Reason codes are:

  1. Item did not fit
  2. Defective
  3. Returning a gift (original credit card will be credited)
  4. Item not as pictured
  5. Wrong item shipped
  6. Item did not arrive on time
  7. Damaged in shipment
  8. Other (please be specific)

Enclose the Web Return Detail Form along with the merchandise in a well-sealed box. Attach the supplied return label to the outside of your package and ship us the merchandise**.

When processing your exchange, we will first refund the same credit card and/or RelicBrand.com Gift Certificate used to place the original order, then charge you for the merchandise you are wanting in the exchange. In the event the item you want in exchange for your original purchase is not available you will be notified via email.

*If you do not have your original Web Return Detail, please include the following information with your return or exchange: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return or exchange; and requested exchange items if applicable.

**We suggest that all returns and exchanges be sent via a trackable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Relic is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier. We are also not responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us for return or exchange.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. All items in your order can be returned to Relic 90 days from the purchase date for a complete refund if you are unsatisfied. The returned product must be in new condition. Detailed return instructions will be included with your order.
